Every class with Ashley helped me completely destress from my day. Her approach to yoga was so helpful as I navigated old injuries and gained a stronger connection with my mind and body. I always left class feeling stronger, grounded and at ease.

Ashley is my favorite instructor. She introduced me to the world of yoga. Her class is fit for all levels and I love that she makes sure to modify poses for anyone who suffers from injuries. She pays attention to detail. Her classes and meditation practice are such a joy to my day.
Words cannot describe how impactful Ashley’s classes are for me. Although I’ve been to various yoga classes before, nothing compares to Ashley’s style and her meditations. Whether I’m going to her class after a stressful day, or just to bring some movement into my day, I know I’m walking out of her class more at peace and more present. From the moment I met Ashley, my immediate first impression was one of positivity and peace. I was nervous and beginning a journey of my own, and her expertise and knowledge and encouragement made me instantly comfortable. She wasn’t just there to put me through a series of physical workouts. She was invested in me from the beginning. She got to know me, she encouraged me in areas I was weak, and she took the time to learn how to help me grow. And she did it all in a manner that made me feel like I was just talking with a good friend. Her energy never feels forced, and as I’ve known her more, I see the same positive energy and amazing spirit in her everyday. I think the most beautiful thing I’ve observed in her is that she extends this energy to literally everyone around her. It’s impossible to be near her and not be touched by it. Whether she is coaching, teaching, or just having a simple conversation, she is always so generous to invest her thought and time and energy into everyone around her and everything she does. Her kindness is always intentional, and never self-serving. And it makes me smile. Thank you Ash for sharing so genuinely all that makes you, you.

I have never taken yoga 🧘♀️ but I started training with Ashley 6 months ago and she told me about her class. I went once and I was 😍 in love. Her technique is incredible and her attention to those in her class impressed me very much. There is no pressure on you in the class, you go at your own pace, which for a beginner like me is great. Another awesome benefit was that she taught me how to breathe, I know that sounds crazy cause we all know how to breathe but she taught me how to use my breathing (properly) in different aspects of my training, from lifting to running to general exercise. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s taught me, she is amazing!!!!
Ashley is an inspirational person who embodies positive energy and shows by example what living a healthy lifestyle is. As a trainer, she is professional and highly skilled at what she does. I started training with her last year and immediately I saw levels of strength and physical fitness increase. I have also had the honor of attending her yoga classes and she is exceptional. Ashley guides you and is there for you throughout the journey. She encourages you to push yourself, meet your goals and be the best you, you can be. I highly recommend not only meeting her but I strongly suggest you attend her yoga class or attend a training session with her, worth it. You will feel blessed to have someone like Ashley in your life as I am.
The first time I took Ashley’s class, I was a bit skeptical. I’ve tried yoga before but never felt connected to the practice. I would usually sit and stare at my classmates and wonder how they had such a peaceful look on their face. I was encouraged by my trainer to take her class, so that I can work on my stretching since I was suffering from a lot of knee pain. So on a random Friday night, I took the class and never looked back. Her class is filled with so much peace and calmness that it makes me feel better after a very long week at work. Her instructions on how to move are clear and precise, and if you need additional help you can ask without being looked down on. Once you get onto your mat, Ashley transports you to a place where your day-to day life does not reach you. During these five months that I’ve been with her I felt like I’ve grown spiritually and physically. I am more grateful towards life and that I can find peace wherever I am. Physically, my knee has stopped hurting and I am able to move more freely in my workouts. To anyone who is interested in starting their journey or just looking for a heart-warming stretch, you should definitely attend one of Ashley’s classes. Thank you!
I’ve been practicing yoga for several years. Therefore, I’m extremely picky when it comes to yoga instructors. When I decided to take my first yoga session I convinced myself to not have high expectations because it was at a gym and I had bad experiences in the past with other instructors (other than my first yoga teacher). After taking Ashleys first class I was so HAPPY! I fell in love with her way of teaching and directing the class in such an efficient and safe way. She over exceeded my expectations. Her energy is contagious and she makes you feel great and confident. I’m so grateful that our paths have crossed and looking forward to continue doing work with her.
Having Ashley as my personal trainer (coach) has been a fantastic journey. I started training with her a few months ago, and I am delighted to have her as my trainer. She pushes my boundaries in every single workout and drives me to bring the best out every time. Her energy and good vibes makes everything better. I love that she genuinely cares about her clients, checking on us even when we are not at the gym. She’s also helping me work on my eating habits to help me reach my goals, which I think is the most challenging task to achieve, not only for me but for her as well, LOL. (She has a lot of patience with me) Another thing about Ashley is that she is an excellent yoga instructor, her classes are so relaxing and much needed after her workouts.
She is the best! Not just as a trainer but as a person in general, so if you are looking for a coach/trainer that will motivate you and help you reach your goals, then she is your girl. I love her, and I know you will too.

I just started to work out again for the first time in over a decade. I felt overwhelmed and hopeless to change my weight and stress levels. Then I started personal training and yoga with Ashley. She was kind, but always pushed me to work harder. I have seen the difference in my strength, I have lost weight, and I am better able to cope with my life stress.
